Wild Wellness Boosts

Unique 2-hour resets in the heart of iconic Hermanus

Our 2-hour Wellness Boosts are bite-sized adventures designed to lift your spirits, clear your head, and reconnect you with what really matters — all in the heart of the Cape Whale Coast.

Swop urban noise for ocean song, deadlines for deep breaths and your hotel slippers for a sunrise swim or forest trail.

Welcome to Hermanus, where our team offer the perfect combination of breath taking scenery and champagne air.

Each session weaves together mindfulness, movement, breath work, and raw nature connection — whether you’re starting your morning with a forest walk, calming your mind with breath work, or plunging into the ocean at sunrise.

Led by expert facilitators, our Wild Wellness Boosts are perfect for those short on time but hungry for an experience that lasts beyond the moment.
