Cancellations

What if our team has to cancel? 
In the event that we have to cancel a boost for any other reason whatsoever, a full refund will be issued. We will try our best to reschedule at a suitable time for you. 
What if you have to cancel?
Cancellations more than 1 week before to your start date qualify for a full refund. After that, a 50% refund will be issued.

By booking our Wellness Boosts you agree to be bound by Wild Wellness indemnity terms and conditions. Wild Wellness, it’s staff, employees, suppliers and partners will not be held responsible for loss, injury, death or damage, including consequential loss of any nature whatsoever during these activities. By booking a boost you understand and accept this. You will be requested to sign an indemnity prior to the start of your boost. Failure to do so will result in you not being allowed to participate, and no monies will be refunded.
