Begin your day with a guided sunrise plunge into the crystal waters of the Atlantic Ocean in Hermanus. This cold-water immersion, supported by breathwork, meditation, stretches and expert facilitation, taps into the powerful benefits of cold therapy boosting immunity, focus, and mood.

Sunrise Summit

Begin in the pre-dawn quiet, hiking by headlamp up one of Hermanus’ 300 meter peaks, which is 6km. At the summit, a steaming coffee and homemade rusk are served as the first light spills across Walker Bay.Its a truly magical moment. With mindful movement, breath awareness, and expert guidance, this sunrise ritual delivers both exhilaration and calm in one luxurious, 2-hour reset.

Head to the beach for stretches and to engage with the surrounds. Follow the edge of the Bot River Estuary, getting your heart rate up for a refreshing swim in this wonderful body of water. Float, swim, play – just be yourself.
You will be in the company of flamingoes, pelicans, seagulls, terns, cormorants, ibis’s, plovers, stilts and more. The views are spectacular.This Boost takes place in a gated estate, so the beach and estuary are pristine and secluded. You might see the Rooisand Wild Horses too.

Seldom do you get the opportunity to be still and connect with your senses in under an age-old, indigenous Milkwood Tree, on the edge of an estuary. Let nature and the faint aroma of the ocean ground you and dust the cobwebs from your mind, body and soul. Your facilitator will take you through a series of silence, breathwork and journaling. In just two hours, you will feel the effects of this wellness experience. This Boost takes place in a gated estate, so the beach and estuary are pristine and secluded. You might see the Rooisand Wild Horses too.

Shoreline Strides blends running, walking, breathwork, stretching and swimming to natures rhythm, with pauses for you to feel every step, every breath, and every heartbeat in sync with the nature around you. Run across a fynbos field, over dunes, along the beach, on the banks of an estuary and in the shallow water. Finish off with cool-down stretches and a refreshing dip to make this a moving meditation by the sea. This Boost takes place in a gated estate, so the beach and estuary are pristine and secluded. As day starts to melt into the warm glow of dusk, walk along a secluded beach looking at the mountains, for a two-hour boost. Our Sunset Reset blends calming breathwork, mindful journaling, and a slow, restorative 60 minute yoga flow, all bathed in sunset colours. You’ll arrive to grounding breathwork, journaling, move with soft movement, gentle stretches and close with reflection. This experience is weather and sea dependent.
Tours may be cancelled at short notice if conditions are unsafe.
If this happens, we’ll contact you via WhatsApp and/or email. Please double-check your contact details when booking.
If your tour is cancelled due to poor weather or sea conditions, you’ll have the option to:
• Switch to another Wild Wellness Boost (same rate)
• Reschedule for the next available trip
• Receive a full refund

We love welcoming families – but our Wellness Boosts are specially designed for guests seeking a quiet, meditative, and restorative atmosphere.
If you’re planning to bring children, please let us know at the time of booking so we can match you with the right group and ensure the best experience for everyone.
Unfortunately, if we’re not informed in advance, and your booking doesn’t align with the group’s needs, we may need to cancel your participation on arrival without a refund — and we really don’t want that to happen!

By booking a boost you understand and accept this. You will be requested to sign an indemnity prior to the start of your boost. Failure to do so will result in you not being allowed to participate, and no monies will be refunded.
